In detail The face masks can be personalised at 190°C in 50 seconds and are recommended for hand washing only. The heat press is suitable for sublimation ink or vinyl, with pressing times from 0 to 999 seconds and a large LED display. The vinyl cutter comes with a biro pen component, integrated ruler guide, USB cable and Windows drivers, and is compatible with Signcut Pro or FlexiStarter.

Changed your mind? Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund, including delivery. After delivery, you have 30 days to return it — contact us with your order number first so we can give you a returns reference, then send it back unopened and in resalable condition. Return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service: the item is yours until it arrives back. We'll refund your original payment method once it's received and checked.
Arrived damaged? Let us know as soon as possible after delivery. We'll exchange it free of charge and arrange the collection for you.
Developed a fault? Electrical products include a 12-month warranty covering parts and labour. Send us photos and your order number — we'll repair first, replace like-for-like if it can't be fixed, and refund you in full if neither is possible. You cover the return postage (tracked, please); redelivery is free.
