Terms of service

These terms govern your use of NextDay and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you accept them.

Ordering and payment

When you place an order you are charged in full at checkout — we do not place holds or reserve funds pending confirmation. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we refund it in full.

Delivery promises

Delivery dates shown on the site are calculated for your postcode against each supplier's cutoff times and are the dates we commit to. "Next day" means the day after dispatch where you order before the item's stated cutoff. We deliver to mainland UK only at this time.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You may check out as a guest without an account.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on this page with a revised date.
