In detail The face masks are described as 10 x medium blank sublimation adjustable face masks, made from 100% polyester hypoallergenic material. The listed mask size is 16 x 11cm, and they can be personalised at 190°C in 50 seconds. The heat press includes a built-in alarm, comfort grip handle, 9mm thick silicon pad on the lower platen and a large LED display. It is listed with a weight of 27kg and dimensions of 35cm high, 40.5cm wide and 62cm deep.

Changed your mind? Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund, including delivery. After delivery, you have 30 days to return it — contact us with your order number first so we can give you a returns reference, then send it back unopened and in resalable condition. Return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service: the item is yours until it arrives back. We'll refund your original payment method once it's received and checked.
Arrived damaged? Let us know as soon as possible after delivery. We'll exchange it free of charge and arrange the collection for you.
Developed a fault? Electrical products include a 12-month warranty covering parts and labour. Send us photos and your order number — we'll repair first, replace like-for-like if it can't be fixed, and refund you in full if neither is possible. You cover the return postage (tracked, please); redelivery is free.
