In detail The face masks are described as 100% polyester and hypoallergenic, with a size of 16 x 11cm. They can be personalised at 190°C in 50 seconds. The swing heat press is suitable for sublimation ink or vinyl, with temperature control from 0ºC to 245ºC, pressing times from 0 to 999 seconds, an adjustable pressing pressure, a built-in alarm and a large LED display.

Changed your mind? Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund, including delivery. After delivery, you have 30 days to return it — contact us with your order number first so we can give you a returns reference, then send it back unopened and in resalable condition. Return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service: the item is yours until it arrives back. We'll refund your original payment method once it's received and checked.
Arrived damaged? Let us know as soon as possible after delivery. We'll exchange it free of charge and arrange the collection for you.
Developed a fault? Electrical products include a 12-month warranty covering parts and labour. Send us photos and your order number — we'll repair first, replace like-for-like if it can't be fixed, and refund you in full if neither is possible. You cover the return postage (tracked, please); redelivery is free.
