Returns & Damages

Changed your mind? Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund. After delivery, you have 14 days to tell us you're returning it — send it back unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of telling us (return postage is your responsibility) and we'll refund you in full.

Arrived damaged or missing parts? Let us know within 3 days of delivery, with photos — or note the damage with the driver if you refuse the delivery. We'll send replacement parts or a full replacement free of charge.

Developed a fault? Every product includes a 12-month warranty. Send us photos and your order number and we'll arrange replacement parts or a like-for-like replacement. The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage, moisture or heat damage, natural mattress settlement, or the natural character of real-wood surfaces.

None of this affects your statutory rights.
