Refunds & returns

We want you to be happy with what arrives. NextDay is a marketplace, so returns terms are set per product by the seller — here's how to find yours and how refunds work.

Returns terms are per product

Every product page lists the policies that apply to that item, set by its seller — including how long you have to return it and in what condition. Check them before you order, and refer to them when arranging a return. If a product page shows no returns policy, email help@nextday.com with your order number and we'll help.

Damaged or faulty items

Whatever a product's returns terms say, if something arrives damaged or develops a fault, tell us within a reasonable time and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. A seller's policy never affects your statutory rights.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 working days of the seller receiving the return. Delivery fees are refunded where the return is due to our or the seller's error.
